They showed up on time even with one days notice! Padded and shrink wrapped all my furniture for only a very small fee. I was extremely happy with the move. I will call them again. Best move for 419 bucks!

Just be sure to have cash on you for the extra fees that I didn't realize I needed to pay for ($20 for gas, $20 or so for shrink wrap if you want it, $100 if they go over your time period, & tip-which the moving guy even recommended I tip them).They were nice and got the job done on time. Hard to understand man answering phone to book appointment.

They arrived 3 hours late, were sitting on the job when I came downstairs to check on progress, took 5 and a half hours when originally thought "an extra hour or hour and a half" beyond the 2 hours, charged me for six hours and required it in cash, and gave me no receipt for payment. I scheduled my move to begin between 1-2 pm, called 4 times (only once did someone attempt to call me back) prior to the day of moving, was hung up on when calling to ask where the movers were while waiting on the day of the move, and finally finished at 10pm at night, which is highly unacceptable, especially when scheduled at for early afternoon for a bedroom and kitchen of items. I am highly dissatisfied.

Service is okay.,.but charged extra for gas even the location is within range....
