They worked hard and did a good job! However when I called that morning, they insisted that I be there by 1:00 when the website said 2:00. They also took many people up until 2:00. I understand they don't want everyone showing up at the last minute but we rearranged a number of things to be there before 1:00 and I don't think it was necessary. Thanks

Our guide Lacy was both fun & professional. Our 16 yr old daughter has a slower processing speed-Lacy found a way to make her feel included. We will definitely return to HC. Thanks again for a fun day with the family.
