I was happy with her service and personality, and I plan to go back monthly.

A modest establishment with very good personable service.

Not up to spa quality service or setting

Equipment was not commercial, ie portable foot bath with cold water, mini- electric nail dryer that had to be reactivated every 10 secs. Lighting was so poor that my manicure was so bad, several nails were only 1/2 to 3/4 polished and because it was clear polish it went unnoticed until I got home.

Courtney is trying to restart her business and was renting space from a salon. She did not have the massage chair (instead a small water whirlpool for the feet), no lights to dry the nails under and she is by herself so doing 2 people at once was not possible. We had a 1pm appointment and did not leave there until 4:30 pm. An early appointment arrived late and backed her up about 1 hr. She is a lovely lady but just not able to provide the full salon service we were expecting. Courtney also provides a mobile service which I wish her great success in.

Owner was nice but Not set up for pedicures or manicures. Had to sit in hair stylist chairs with a foot bath you would buy to use at home. Three of my fingers were cut open are are still sore. Polish job was messy and all over my fingers and toes. Polish was chipping off fingers within 12 hours. Not worth the money. Could have done better job myself.

Horrible dirty no sanitation practices. Should be reported to state board of cosmetology .
