Very disappointed in the cost. It cost an additional $35 which was not mentioned in the ad. I was under the impression that the coupon would cover a full highlight and cut. Very misleading!

I dropped my daughter off for her appointment. She went in to get burgundy highlights along with a v shaped cut. When I picked her up, her hair was blondish orange and cut straight across the bottom. I asked her what happened and she said the hair dresser just kinda suggested this instead. Then after a few days, I noticed her hair was cut unevenly, so much so its very noticeable, and I had to pay for someone to put a toner in her hair a week later. Whoever did her hair didn't use a toner, and that's why it was orange.

I explained to the girl how I wanted my hair, showed her pictures, and told her I wear a ponytail - she cut it so SHORT - it will be at least 6 months before I could even put my hair up.

I am very disappointed with the color of the highlights and the price. My hairdresser only charges 50.00 for full coverage and highlights and cut. I will not recommend Trendsetters at all.

Got charged almost double and there was nothing in fine print that said long hair etc. I bought this and had to pay an additional $40?
