I would only return with a discount ticket. I don't believe it was an event worth the $36 full price. I think the organizers need to coordinate a better layout, it was crowded. Also an event layout with the names of the companies represented would have been helpful, the little note books seemed like an after thought. There were several excellent cheese companies represented that we really enjoyed. I think I would reconsider the table where they were having people make their own cheeses...it just didn't seem like the right environment for that and though I didn't try their cheeses myself I did over hear others who really did not enjoy it. Loved Robyn's Choco!! Overall we enjoyed the event

Jackie had knowledge about not only making cheese, but the broader cheese industry, which made the class very interesting, filled with interesting tidbits of info. She also had great energy and an obvious passion for cheese.
