Feel tense, no problem. I had a little trouble relaxing and letting him do what he does best, his job. Once he talked to me about letting my stress go and just let things go, I was able to get the full treatment he was offering. It was fantastic, I walked out feeling so light and on cloud 9. 1st time I sat in my car with a big smile.

Very informative about his techniques in his massages and once done with the session, I felt so much better in the areas that were bothering me. I would highly recommend him.

Really good deep tissue
