Michael senoran is a fraud.. He wasn't able to fix my computer.. Didn't perform any maintenance to improve my computer..and this was a waste of my money .. I could have googled the issue for less

They took the coupon and charged extra when it should have been all included. It was only anti-virsus??? Rip off!!!
