Learned quite a few self-defense moves in my first class of my ‘Krav Maga Fundamentals’ session. Wasn’t too strenuous for me (I am a 51 y/o female), yet this class gave me a good workout & very educational experience. The owner, the staff, & my trainer were all very professional. Looking forward to my next class!!

Baton Rouge Krav Maga surely knows their stuff. I feel it is a great place to get an all around work out! The staff are very professional courteous and personable. I will definitely find a way to continue with them!

Coaches and staff were all extremely nice. Class was intense but really enjoyed it - I’ve never done a class like this before so coach was helpful in showing me the moves and how to do them correctly
