I loved attending Balanced Life Yoga! I went consistently while I could. While I could have used more weekend classes, I loved that there were classes every day, many of which I attended.

Started with the Sunday "Gentle" class as I haven't done yoga in YEARS!! Good class and easy to follow along! Pleased with my purchase and will be back!

I was so grateful to have found this space. The instructor Stephanie led a beautiful practice accompanied by modifications and friendly yogis. I felt welcomed and I appreciated my overall experience. Thank you!

I got a 10-class voucher and have attended one class so far (Restoration Yoga). They created a relaxing, safe space with a wonderful instructor, and it was a pleasant experience all around. I'd definitely recommend Balanced Life Yoga to a friend, and I look forward to exploring more classes!

I love the diversity of each class. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun, not stuffy. The other students are so very nice and welcoming. This was the right choice for me.
