Experience was not bad, but they did not tell me the different lens options for glasses. I had to ask why the lenses were so expensive several times before she told me the other options. Also, the glasses and lenses cost a lot more than I had anticipated. Will stick to getting my glasses from frames direct from now on.

Not very professional. Seemed to be more interested in getting me out of the store than making sure that I had exactly what I needed. I have gotten glasses from Pearle Vision in the past and been well served. It is unlikely that I will get glasses from Pearle again.
