Ask for Janice - she was great. Arrived 5 minutes early and worked non stop without getting on phone or getting distracted. Great work ethic!

They were late and did not do a thorough job. I've had much better!

Cleaning person came unprepared. Their cleaning supplies were just Mr. Clean & Windex, and they didn't have their own broom. They cleaned our hardwood floors using Mr. Clean, which left a sticky residue. Our glass shower doors were left with many spots as they were not cleaned thoroughly. Very low attention to detail.

Please do not share with Merchant -- he will know who I am and he was very mean, almost threatening on the phone. The first appointment with the cleaners, they did not show up. When I spoke to the owner, he said that 'there wasn't any way that cleaner would come to calabasas" as though it was something I should know. He had another cleaner who handled that area -- but he/their software both scheduled and confirmed the original appointment. When he was being resistant to helping, he said that if I posted anything negative about him, he would take me down. He did get another cleaner there the next day, but she didn't do the specified list (cleaning oven) and did not stay the full time.

woman who cleaned did a horrible job. She was on her cell, and got mad when we asked her to use both hands to clean. She used a soaking wet rag to clean our wood floors. We rushed around after she left drying our floors. Didnt clean 2 of 3 bathrooms.

Awful service. I had to call multiple times after the cleaner didn't show. They finally sent someone over 2 hours late. When she left, my place wasn't very clean. The floors were very dirty and there was dust everywhere. I wouldn't recommend them
