The primary modality used at Body Integrity, Forceline Theory, is a straight-forward, matter-of-fact Deep Tissue Therapy that focuses on restoring your body to balance by releasing tight muscles and fascia. In addition, some sessions may include aspects of Myokinetic Therapy, such as assisted stretches, postural analysis, or gentle joint openers.
