Of course the special did not include what you really need to properly clean and protect a carpet and I had to pay extra. Did not like that but otherwise, the work seems to have been well done.

This "business" was a no show for the scheduled appointment. Now the phone is out of service& I can not get in touch with anyone. BEWARE of OceanAir!!!

even if they have good "deals " they don't do what they offer . don't do waste urn
money. they offer steam cleaning that it takes between 60 to 90 minutes but it only took them 15 minutes ... and they will never do the decorate treatment . I don't do recommend it!.

They came to clean my air vents and was bombarded with two men telling me I had mold in my vents. They gave me an 850.00 estimate. I started crying because I had the worst day already and they lowered it to 711.00. I felt completely taken advantage of. I am still not sure if they were lying to me. My husband was out of town. They showed me pictures of my attic, which could have been anyone's attic. They seemed too prepared with everything. It seemed Pre-planned. They had mold papers to educate me. (Do they just keep those handy??) I guess I am too gullable and should have gotten a second opinion. Regardless, I was looking for air duct cleaning and when they left I was 711.00 poorer and treatment on my vents that I don't know was even necessary. :( On a positive note, they were really personable and very nice!
