They were on time, actually a half hour earlier than I asked for my wedding day. The driver was wonderful, friendly, and very courteous. I would definitely use them again. The only complaint I would say was that it took the administrative staff a long time to get back to me with my contract information other than that they were great.

Marvin was excellent. Since this was a gift, some of the mandatory extra fees came across as hidden which was a bit of a disappointment.

The stretch Navigator was difficult for us to get in / out of, because there is no leg room between the seat and the floor. This was especially painful on the trip home, with my injured leg. However, the kids enjoyed it, which wad my primary goal. Next time I'll ask for a different vehicle!
