Dishes such as beef chimichangas, chicken enchiladas doused with green salsa, and queso fundido mixed with spicy chorizo all demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the classics. Like sneakers at the world's smallest shoe store, the eatery's burritos come in two sizes. Beginning with either an 8- or 12-inch flour tortilla, the chefs create these handheld feasts by adding healthy portions of rice, beans, and proteins such as grilled shrimp, pork carnitas, or mushrooms and squash.
