About The Cages

Hits and Hoops promises a controlled environment for baseball and basketball players to strengthen their skills. The facility's five batting cages, four pitching machines, and two pitching mounds help players on both sides of the plate practice fundamentals and acclimate to game-like conditions. The pitching mounds, for example, feature adjustable plates to accommodate kids of all sizes; the pitching machines are equipped with Iron Mike technology that allows for fastball, curveball, and softball hitting practice. Hits and Hoops also features a full-court for basketball games and shooting practice.
