About Hero Run

Superhuman powers, strength, and endurance aren't required for the Hero Run. The only superhero characteristics participants need are a selfless spirit and a commitment to bettering the community. Beginning from the Dewey Short Visitor Center, the event features 10K, 5K, and 1-mile courses that follow the Table Rock State Park trails. Participants can show support for Stone County's children and teens by running, jogging, or walking the courses at their leisure. The fun run's proceeds go toward supporting youth-focused charities and outreach programs selected by Living Word Church.
