I enjoyed my workout at CKO sheepshead I staff was friendly and Meagan the instructor take the time to explain everything to me. And at the end, she came over with encouraging words. Thank you I look forward to working out at CKO

I been going here for more than a month so i could get a better feel of what they offer. It's a pretty good atmosphere and the trainers vary in technique but the classes are good and if you consistently go you will definitely see the results. The staff is pretty friendly as well.
