I went to the Oshawa branch to try the pool and found that the branch was closed, which was not good because I took the trip up specifically for that.

The place is disgusting!! So dirty and the fitness studio was gross with equipment all over. The staff is not motivated as it sounded like they don't get paid on time.

You need to clean up your facilities, no soap, no disinfectant for the equipmentent, no paper towels, the steam room has a sign that says "No Urinating"...are we not in Canada?

Trainers were pushy and didnt care about fitness as some were overweight themselves. All they. Care about is making a sale. Health and fitness come way after money.

The organization takes every opportunity to always press you to join the centre full time. The membership staff won't leave you alone to just experience the facility.
