Friendly, helpful staff, especially Karen. Showroom was well organized and staff knew their product. Great prices.

I love the quality products, however, I'm glad I checked the box when I picked up my order (bthrm faucet) as it was completely missing from the box. I had to drive to a couple stores to get my order corrected. I ordered my product through the manager & was disappointed that he didn't take the time to ensure the product was ready.

Their products are very good. I don't like how they treated me.
