Awesome brewery, the person that gave us the tour, Andy, knows the Elevation brewery to the T. He has mad knowledge about the brewery and the process of how their beer and most beer are made. I would love to come back to the place, burgers are awesome, but I'll be in another country. But my NOW favorite beer is APIS IV beer and one of my wife's favorite beer is the one that have a coffee blend to it.
