Kyle was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the river and the area itself. We saw lots of wildlife and all had a great time riding the river!

The guides were great, the scenery was beautiful, and the rapids were challenging. I highly recommend the Colorado Surf Factory.

They were wonderful! My wife and I used them to take our two children on their first whitewater rafting trip. Our guide was incredibly accommodating, and the kids (and us) had a spectacular time. We had a very positive experience and will definitely use them again.

The ride was very good. 14 people and 2 boats. Extremely dissapointed with wrong info given about the photographs. The cost was clarified with Several conversations that the discounts stated would be applicable thru the next day. This turned out to be Totally incorrect. I I know the crew was anxious for their day to end and in retrospect just wanted us to hurry. In calling the next day as promised and pursuing the situation with management they couldn't adjust pricing to come close to what I was advised. Needless to say I could have been Taken care of and left a satisfied consumer. Now, I would not rebook there or recommend the company. I would have appreciated their word to be honored since it was confirmed several times. I was even advised I would Be offered both boat shots at an extremely lower price (90$) which was even better than their discounted price. With the cost of digital photos today, they lost an annual group ride.

I didn't even get to my trip and they redeemed it, I tried to reschedule and they said it's impossible. No it isn't. These people are out just to take your money. Would not recommend. Might as well drive an extra two hours to Glenwood Springs.
