This gym is just awesome. The workouts are very challenging and the environment is so welcoming. Bean is so knowledgeable about fitness. All the instructors make working out fun.

This is a GREAT place to either get in shape or to continue to stay in shape. The owners and instructors are very knowledgable and have created an atmosphere of health and comraderie which makes workouts not only good-but fun! Love the TRX-
