Just a great time, will do it again

It's great. They have the big pool plus two smaller hot tubs and also individual rooms with varying temperatures.

it was very clean and tidy, the staff was more than welcoming and very nice and this place rocks compared to places in south Reno.

Its really a nice "old quaint place". If you need just a place to relax and some hot mineral water its great! The private room is also a plus.

Best hotsprings on the westcoast!! friendly staff and the place looks really nice now that they fixed it up.

The ceiling fan above private spa G is loose and very noisy. It ruins the ambiance and relaxation when it is loudly clanking. Other than that it was wonderful. Thank you.

Great time! Wish the shirts were a little less expensive. I'd definitely buy one if it was 15 or less.

The lady working the front desk was extremely rude. Not very clean. overall experience was not pleasant.
