About Jennifer O'Dell Photography

Jennifer O'Dell may specialize in working with newborns, but she isn't a doctor: she's a photographer. In her studio, she's captured shots of infants snuggled on plush blankets, dressed in accessories from colorful crocheted hats to delicate fairy wings. She also trains her lens on adult professionals, young couples, and families, whether in-studio or on-location. With a penchant for playful angles and dramatic lighting, she's photographed subjects in the soft sheen of a sun-lit room, or frolicking through verdant vineyards, away from an invisible bear. Most of her photo-shoots last about one hour, and include three clothing changes. On the other hand, Jennifer also depicts inanimate clients: she snaps photos of residential real estate, for which she uses tricks such as a wide-angle lens to create the illusion of space.
