My colors were off in my pictures that I received. Alex was very nice to work with but I feel like only the black and white pictures are usuable.

Seemed bothered and rushed. Unprofesional on phone. Still have not got 5x7s-too scared to bother her to ask how! Pics not that great-out of basement!

I was disappointed that there were not props for birthdays and then it seemed like the lighting wasn't quite right once we got the pictures back. I just expected more I guess.

Very nice gal. Pictures were nothing special for bring a professional. Coloring on photos when printed thru shutterfly turned out very yellow. Bad lighting. My kids & I had to pick our own poses. She had minimal props or suggestions. Glad I didn't pay much for it. Was somewhat disappointed with the experience & prints.
