Dr. Lee and his staff are incredibly helpful, informative, empathetic and outgoing. It's a pleasure working with them. I look forward to my annual eye check-up appointments because it truly is a great customer service experience!

They are great! Got an appointment right away. The Dr was amazing, I have terrible eye site and he knew exactly how to adjust my prescription.

I've been going to Eye Care Associates for years now and have always enjoyed their great customer service. Having multiple locations in the triangle is very convenient whether I'm at home or at work to get to an appointment or just drop by for an adjustment.
