People were great, and results were excellent

Fee schedule seems relatively affordable, but is still hard to access as someone without dental coverage. Small office- looks like just Dr. Woods, a receptionist, and an assistant. Visit was almost entirely with Dr. Woods, who is quite nice. Older office with older equipment, but still just as clean / hygienic as any dentist.

She didn't complete probing with taking measurements of the spaces between your teeth and gums, which I usually use to determine how well I'm doing with taking care of my teeth so that was disappointing. But she was quick and professional.

Very nice staff, a very pleasant experience overall! I loved that Dr. Woods did the cleaning, it was the best I ever had. She took her time and went above and beyond, as it had been quite a while since my last cleaning! I would highly recommend her office to anyone looking for a good dentist in Chapel Hill.

Did not notice any difference at all in teeth...was disappointed...

equipment was old, office was not clean, Jean woods just tried to sell me a mouth guard......bad teeth cleaning......she was smoking.......bad experience

The customer service was not great. The doctor did not communicate with me at all. The location is fairly run down and old.
