Do not sell services in which your staff are not capable of. A mani/ pedi should not take over 2 hours and it should look better than I can do myself.

We aited for 20 minutes after our 10 am appointment for the manager to show up and open, The pedicures we received were ok, but notung special.

Everyone was really nice and you could tell they were trying really hard to be a nice establishment, but they weren't. The employees were inexperienced.
