Charles is amazing. We have tried several salons looking for the perfect cut for my 17 year old son and wish that we had started with Charles! We will never go anywhere else again. Thank you so much!

My only suggestion would be to throw in a little extra, perhaps offer a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine. Not necessary but it adds a nice touch. Also a quick shoulder massage after or during a shampoo makes a huge impression for little effort. I really enjoyed my time there and I would consider going back. I wish this new business all the best.

They don't accept credit cards. When I gave them cash I didn't get my change back because they didn't have any, so not only did I pay, I lost money. To top it off my color was the complete opposite of what I wanted.
