I had a wonderful massage but don't appreciate the fact that they tried to make me tip their "suggested tip fee". A tip is from the heart, not a demand. As forceful as they were in trying to receive the "suggested tip fee" I left what I felt comfortable leaving. That type of policy would make me think long and hard about a return visit. Too many other massage therapists who gratefully don't force a certain amount of gratuity from customers.

There is definitely a language barrier but the staff is kind and the massage was very good and thorough. Not the most professional place I have been to, but not as bad as the reviews I had read.

The masoose kept coming in and out of the room and was demanding of a higher tip even though I didn't feel the service was up to par.

I don't believe my therapist was trained or licensed. It was a very "ad lib" massage, much like you might run across in a resort in the Far East. It was relaxing enough, but far from a therapeutic massage that you would receive from a properly trained masseuse.

Made an appointment to get a massage with my best friend and they made us wait 20 minutes, then in our hour massage the lady kept leaving the room to answer the door or answer the phone. They never extended our hour either to account for the time that she kept leaving they just finished up and left out. Then when we went to tip the man asked if we could tip more! How rude is that!
