Find a way to grill your burgers instead of frying them. Very bland! Consider seasoning them with some salt and black pepper. Improve the overall food quality and you'll bring in the crowds. Consider upgrading the scratchy sound system. Do a complete deep cleaning, clean the windows each day, and refurbish the wood floors, tables, bar, and walls. If your place is dirty you're giving a bad impression about overall cleanliness and quality of your product. We live close but won't be back as there's nothing that sets this bar out from all the other places.
