When I started cleaning the inside of the windows I noticed I could not get some spots clean and then realized that the spots were on the outside which had just been cleaned. I should of checked the windows before the service man had left. He was very polite and courtious. Thank you.

Very pleasant representative, however, did not have equipment to reach all windows (a prior company had no trouble & the high windows is why I hire professionals to do them), paper towel left behind in backyard
