She arrived on time, we went over what needed to be done and she got to work. I've never used a cleaning service but she did great work. She mopped, dusted and swept, cleaned the bathrooms. I would use her service again. She was also friendly.

Overall not a bad job but it did not appear that the shower floor had been scrubbed and the vacuum used seem to leave dust marks all over my carpet.

Tiara was very personable and gave more then the purchase time to clean my home, which I appreciated. Regrettably, I did feel as if it was a thorough cleaning. Specifically the floors were cleaned with a wet swiffer type mop versus a mop or hands and knees cleaning. In addition, she only cleaned one side and not other mirrors in my bathroom

I didn't find the cleaning very thorough. My shower tile grout is still discolored. It's why I bought the 4 hour package, to make sure it was cleaned all the way. My stove top still has spots on it.
