My daughter and I were asked about our food that we ordered. I commented on the chicken rote which was a dissapointment and the staff including the cook went out of their way to find out why and how they could address. It was all done a respectful manner and I did not feel threatened that I had provided negative feedback on the roti. The St. Kitts was very pleasant and also the ladies offered to replace our roties with another dish of our liking. We chose the Jerk which was amazing. I will still come back and send more people to Bananas. Proud that you are in Ottawa, will keep sending my Canadian friends. Just too far from me. lol

Awesome pleasant service. My only suggestion is that they offer the jerk sauce to every customer. They could put the sauce in mini plastic containers so people can pour it over their rice or veggie. Without the sauce the veggie and the rice side dishes taste plain. The jerk meats however are perfectly spiced.
