I actually opted to upgrade and stay in the Inn, so can't comment on the carriage house. I had my dinner both nights at the Inn, one for the Murder Mystery and one on my own the next night. The food was amazing --- chicken parmesan, fish and chips, salad( nice with toasted pecans), fried ice cream, banana cream pie.

The owner and the new manager were both super nice and welcoming ! The place is charming and nice.. I will go back again

Location, atmosphere, accommodations were excellent, Hostess was very pleasant and helpful. Would be pleased to stay again.

Hope the Stowe Inn is working on the hot water system, which is spotty in the morning hours!!

We were initially given a room that was not clean. The staff manager quickly returned to the Inn and gave us a suite which was nicely furnished and comfortable. We ultimately enjoyed our stay.
