Chef Ramsey would say to remodel and provide a better initial look. You only get one chance for a first impression. Providing a better first impression might have to mean a move to a different place and the present location I am sure provides the local clientele a place to eat the good food so that may not be an option. So I would recommend a remodel to bring the place up to date and provide a better first impression.I'm guessing some see the place and find another place to eat, missing out on good food.

In general, the food is very good at Bambino's. However, I noticed that some of the lettuce at the salad bar was a little brown. Also, I wish that you had a few items that are lighter in calories and fat.

Keep it up -- great pizza since your family came to town and opened its restaurant on West Colorado Avenue! Wonderful to know that such a place can just keep on cookin', because, as you well know, we've watched many restaurants come and go during those years.
