My car was a mess when I brought it in. We took our fur baby on a 14 hour drive back home and even with a protective hammock in the back seat everything was covered in hair and dirt. Not to mention, I've never had my car detailed and hate cleaning it myself! The car looks and smells great, they gave me some pointers on how to care for it when I got home, and they even gave the exterior a wash too.

It was like getting a brand new 2012 Forested back.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and Eric was both pleasant and cordial as we confirmed my appointment and moved through the process of leaving my car for a complete interior and exterior detail. At the end of the day, when I returned, my car looked amazing!! Two years of children riding in the back of the van can take its toll on a vehicle, but it looks as good as the day it came off the showroom floor! Some minor stains remained, but that's to be expected. The sticky areas, evidence of spills, and general grime were completely removed. Even the front controls that were sticking from a soda bottle that exploded no longer stick! There was a funny moment when I went to open the sliding back doors and had to open them manually, and the worker told me the doors didn't work for them either. I opened the front door and slid the switch above the automatic controls on the dash to "on" and the doors opened again. Guess they had cleaned the front dash and managed to slide that switch to "off" without realizing it. All in all, I am quite impressed, and we'll definitely be returning for future detailing needs, or if we ever need restoration from an accident.
