I thought it was great how pleasant your staff was and how well detailed my car was. The only thing I can recommend for improvement is to make your storefront more visible (I drove right by it the first time). Thank you for a wonderful detailing!

I had to re-clean the windows which were all smeared and wipe down the leather and vinyl due to excess cleaner remaining throughout the car. Also, they added a $30 surcharge because I have a Toyota Highlander (which may have been divulged in advance; I just didn't remember if it was),

Lots of missed spots for your detail work....wax residue in tons of places. You could at least call people back when they report that you messed something up and offer to fix it. That is tacky and unprofessional...This is what I am telling people about my experience, "Check your vehical over before leaving. There were parts that were not detailed and excess wax in on various spots of the car that should have been cleaned. They snapped a wire under the seat and would not return my call requesting them to fix it. Poor organization, they put me down for a different day than I signed up for and then rushed through with poor quality work. The charged me to run an engin diagnostic but could not or would not provide me with a comupter printout as evidence for the buyer of my car. "
