About Colorado Tax & Investment Authority

At locations throughout the world, Fit Body Bootcamp's instructors share a common goal: to guide clients toward their fitness and weight-loss goals through regimented training programs. At the Colorado Springs Location, head trainer Nathan Cragg combines the techniques he gained from 12 years of army training with Fit Body Bootcamp's tried-and-true fitness strategies. He and his team of trainers lead group classes that integrate cardio with resistance training, strength training, and light alligator wrestling. He designs workouts to be time efficient and varied, avoiding workout plateaus that may leave clients uninspired. In addition to motivating clients to work their bodies, Nathan also empowers them with healthy eating guidelines.

Fit Body Bootcamp is really great! It helped me reach my weight loss goals and even go above and beyond my expectations! I lost 20 pounds in a few months and toned my body. I loved it and have already recommended it to friends.

Great little gym to workout at, not crowded. Staff are very personable and willing to push you while offering feedback. Very satisfied

They could be more helpful with newbies like do measuring on orientation day and discuss diet. Get to know names of everyone, not just the young pretty ones that Nathan likes.

The instructor is fabulous and extremely knowledgeable. The class is small so you get a sense of intimacy and personal attention. The facility is clean and well-equipped. Overall, a great experience.

This is my first experience at CS Fit Body Bootcamp. I went in for an assessment on Monday and started my classes this morning (Wednesday) at 5:30 am. It was a great workout, hard but boy was it worth getting up, the effort. I can see now that I will definitely continue going to Fit Body after I have used up all my sessions that were included in the coupon. I am hooked. The times are convenient 5:30 am, 6:30 am and 8:30 am. This is a great way to get your day started.

The instructor was not very friendly. Basically the class was a recording with the instructor walking around saying "good job". The class was only 45 minutes but 10 minutes of it was stretching, 15 was using a ball or roller to masage muscles. Only about 20 minutes max was working out. The excercises were basic. Running around cones, squats, planks... all things easily done at home. There was no flexibility with the classes. It could only be scheduled for 3 days a week for 3 days a week. It was advertised as a 21 day boot camp which tecnically 3 weeks is 21 days but only 9 actual classes were allowed. I only attended 2 because it was not worth going for a 20 minute workout. Also i requested to re-arrange the days and was told i could not. No one responded to emails I sent regarding sheduling.

Too difficult to schedule classes, which are only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Also, difficult to contact them by phone or find the studio (there are several different companies using the same workout studio, so it's too confusing). Therefore, the communication is too involved just to do a workout session.
