Matt Leahy and his wife Kelly could be called body mechanics. They have mastered ART, or active release techniques, a system of massage and specific movements that aims to restore tight, overworked tissues to their healthy state. They have memorized the ways that the body's components can move, stretch, and strain, causing tension to accumulate in muscles.

Kelly's massage treatments also try to alleviate that tension with several modalities, and from flowing Swedish kneads to the targeted pressure that addresses sports injuries, her approaches are customized to each client.
