They were on time, friendly and did a great job with the heater tune up. They did not try to "upsell" anything but we were confident if there had been an issue with the heater that needed repair they would have advised us of the issue in a professional manner.

On the day of our scheduled furnace servicing, temperatures were below 0 degrees. They had several emergency calls from folks with no heat that took precedence over my maintenance appointment. My appointment was late, but the office kept in contact with me as their schedule changed. They were very helpful and professional.
