They never called to confirm my mattress arrived, but it was there about 2 weeks after I ordered it. It was ready when I showed to pick it up.

"Forgot" to place an order for bar stools I paid for. Instead of acknowledging mistake, simply offered a refund. Failed to return numerous calls checking on order status. Completely disorganized, would not recommend.
