Authentic Indian "fast food" attached to a large ethnic grocery. Menu has been expanding & now a buffet.

reasonably priced but poor quality food.we ordered papdi chaat and samosa chaat and both were sub-standard. the cutneys they use are not fresh. we could see the artificial colors shining off our food. And the food was COLD. I an an Indian and know a lot about the real Indian food. I won't recommend this to anyone. We are never going back.

The buffet we ate had Indian and Chinese food. The Indian food was not good but the Chinese food was absolutely horrible. I would stick to Indian food. The quality of the food was really low, actually bad. My husband and I were excited to try this restaurant as we both LOVE Indian food but were really disappointed. Too bad. The concept of having a fast food Indian restaurant is a good one if the restauranteurs place a high priority on the quality and execution of their product. In addition, there were multiple health department issues. One plate with no clean plates or utensils offered for the buffet? My husband thinks I should go on but I would rather be polite. Hopefully the owners will take some of these comments to heart to make some meaningful improvements to their restaurant.
