The folks were really nice and were very friendly with us as well as our dog. All expenses were outlined in advance for us to go through, and there was no forcing to get the products they carry or take any optional treatment. Can highly recommend.
Entrance is at the back from the parking lot, which is from a one way street. So, one might have some confusion if going there for the first time, and when it is dark. Not a deal breaker by any means. Just a location feedback if one needs.
