Super encouraging staff and classmates! I really enjoyed the time spent there, unfortunately I moved so did not continue. If you're looking for a fluffy gym experience this is not for you. There's an active boxing ring and sparring going on everywhere. Very motivating!

Max Combat Fitness really gives me the workout that I need to get back in shape, it is conveniently close to my home, and I really like the instructor Melissa who is a great motivator. During the holidays I have not been able to attend but plan to start up again in a couple days!

I had such a great first experience at Max Combat Fitness. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Melissa got me all set up and was very informative about what they offer and made sure I knew all the classes that I could attend and what they were like. The class was a lot of fun and I felt like I got help when I needed it (as it was my first class and was learning the combinations). I can't wait to go back and absolutely recommend this gym!
