Lisa was amazing! I have a lot of hair and it took a long time, but she was super patient and made sure to get me out to my other appointment on time. Best haircut & highlights I've ever had!

Ivana was excellent and I have no problem recommending her as she is thorough and doesn't stint on service. Your room was just a little too dark. Would have been nice to have a mirror by the sink area to check oneself before leaving after service. Also walls are thin and could hear competing music and other people's conversations (not sure if you can do anything about that).

The girl at the front desk was a little flustered and a teeny bit rude... didn't make a good first impression, but I don't think she was the front desk girl... but still for my first time being there it was a little unwelcoming. Otherwise the service was great!

I wish they would hire a registered massage therapist so that my massage would be covered on my Extended Benefits.
