Free shipping with order was included in original price. I hate when you still have to pay an additional charge just to get your item. If it doesn't say free shipping in the fine print, I don't even consider it anymore.

The customer service was horrible. Originally ordered my puzzle on Oct. 26 and it came within the next week or so. However, some pieces came in already chipped or broken. Contacted customer service and they asked for pictures which I sent. Sent my order number in 3 times. And was told it should be shipped out soon. Finally received an email (after I had already given up and assumed my money was long gone) on Dec. 7 that it had shipped. It was a gift I planned to give on Nov. 15. Very disappointed with the company. The puzzle was beautiful when it finally came in. But could be made a little better.
