The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. There are LOTS of figurines to choose from which you paint, and then the staff glazes and fires for you. They come out really, really nice. It is a great value and lots of fun for all ages!

The only way I'd go back is if there was another coupon for higher off. The regular price is so not worth it.
