Loved it!!! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Anissa was awesome she took the time to explain everything and go over proper form. The place was clean and well kept. It was a very really good workout I plan to make it a regular workout!!!

It's a small studio that allows the trainers almost a one-to one session. I was nervous about joining because I'm new to rowing, but they made me feel comfortable. I get a great workout in 45 minutes.
